Initial Brief:
I have chosen to create a website about dog fashion, I have chosen this because I newly got a dog and I am overly obsessed with it at the moment. With this website I aim to inform people about the different styles and fashions they could use to create outfits that will bring out their dog's personalities. Also I would like to give opinion on pictures like do's and don'ts. The purpose of this website is to allow dog owners to have a resource to help them dress their dogs. The function of this website is to show dog owners what kind of cloths ands accessories are available on the market for their k9s and also consists of updates about he latest fashion trends for Dogs.

Secondary Stakeholders - Hannah, Louise, Aiden, Cory, Sophia, Michael.
All my stakeholders have a blog on blogger so I can use this to communicate with them for feedback and evaluation. Having stakeholders will affect my project because they will give ideas and views on how to improve my website.
Key Factors:
Time - is a high priority because I don't want to rush my work so I can finished it to the best of my capabilities without this I would not be able to complete this project and not be able to continue this subject next year.
Stakeholders - is a high priority because I will receive from them feedback which I can use to develop my website without them I would not have people to ask about my project and give me feedback on how to improve my work, resulting to my work to suffer.
Copyright - is medium priority even though it is on the internet its main use is for the school which will be less of an issue. If I don't take this in account I could be sued.
Resources - is very high priority because I will need websites, pictures and other resources in order to give my viewers the best and the most updated information. Without this I would not know what to put in my site and this is a problem.
